How do I book a Rental car with Trinity Beach Car Rentals?The fastest and easiest way to book is via our online booking page.Bookings can also be made by phoning our office. (07) 40575257. For same day bookings please phone our office.How do I know if my booking is confirmed?Email confirmation will be provided with full booking details. How do I pick up my rental vehicle?Rental cars can be collected from our office at 44 Periwinkle avenue, Trinity Beach unless transfers have been pre arranged. If collecting from our office in Trinity Beach, please be mindful of our neighbours as we are located in a residential area.Do we offer airport transfers?Cairns airport transfers to our office in Trinity Beach and return to airport are available 7am to 5pm, 7 days a week for up to 4 people per booking. Earlier morning transfers are available from 5am on request.All 5 days plus bookings come with free Cairns's airport transfers. Transfers are only available at the start and end of the rental car booking times. Airport pick-up instructions are provided prior to arrival. For short term bookings, 3-4 days airport transfers are available for $50 each way.Are our prices all inclusive?Prices shown come with $2500 insurance excess liability, which can be reduced to $500 for an additional $16 per day.Drivers aged 23-25 the insurance excess liability is $3500 or $1000 for an additional $16 per day. 5 day plus rentals unlimited Klms per day are included. For 3-4 days rentals 100 Klms are included per day. A fee of 50 cents per Klm will be payable on return of the vehicle, if the Klms travelled exceeds the limit. Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?Yes. A 10% deposit is required to secure a booking. A full refund will be provided for cancellations made up to 3 days before booking time. For cancellations made less than 3 days before booking time, no refund will apply. Can I pay with a debit card?If paying by debit card a $500 pre-authorisation is required. Credit Card payments do not require pre-authorisation. Can I pay with cash for a rental vehicle? Yes, we do accept cash payments. Credit/debit card details are still required when collecting a vehicle.What is the minimum age to hire a vehicle with Trinity Beach Car Rentals.All drivers must be at least 23 years of age and hold an unrestricted licence. I hold a drivers licence from another country. Can I still hire a vehicle? Yes. If your driver's licence is written in english, you do not need an international driver's permit. If it is written in another language an international driver's permit is required to drive in Australia.Are car seats available for children?Yes. Car seats are provided free of charge.Where I can use my rental car?Car use is limited South to Townsville, North to Cape Tribulation and West to Chillagoe.Is there a minimum rental period?Yes 3 days, unless pre-arranged by phone and subject to availability.Can I return the vehicle outside of business hours?Yes, if pre-arranged.What happens in the unlikely event of a breakdown or accident?Contact us directly on (07) 40575257 for assistance.Will I get a refund if I return my rental car early?There are no refunds for early returns as the rental vehicle has been reserved for the duration of time booked.
